Ordering Information

How to Order

There are four ways in which you can order Star Visions Fine Art Prints.  Start by clicking on the order form below and either save it to your computer or print it out.  Fill out the order form in its entirety please.  Then you can do one of the following steps:

    1. Email your order form to SVFineArt@sbcglobal.net

    2. Mail your  form and payment t0 : 4 west Nebraska Street Frankfort, IL 60423

    3. Call during our normal business hours and place an order    by phone (must pay via credit card)

    4. Fax your order form to the fax number at the top of the form. (must pay via credit credit card)

 

Payment

We accept credit* (visa, mastercard or discover), Check, Cash or Cashiers Check.  Note all orders must be paid in full before the order will be sent to you. If you pay with a personal check the order will be shipped upon clearance of your check. There is a 7% sales tax applied to addresses within the state of Illinois.

 

 

Shipping

There is an additional fee for shipping based on your image size. Please see below to determine your shipping cost.  If you live in the area we can arrange for you to pick up your order at our studio during normal studio hours.  (luminous frame shipping is a different price do to the weight of the item)

All Shipping prices are per print. We do offer combined shipping discounts when you purchase more then one print at a time. Combine shipments will be discounted $5 per print off  the normal shipping costs.

*All credit card information is shredded after transactions are completed*
